Create creatine gummies review: dose, testing, and who they suit

Pink and green watermelon gummy candies, the kind of chewy format Create creatine gummies come in

Short version: Create creatine gummies give you 4.5 g of creatine monohydrate in 3 gummies, which sits inside the 3 to 5 g a day range research supports. They passed a 2025 lab test at 4.59 g per serving, and they carry the NSF Certified for Sport seal. The trade-offs are sugar, price, and some creatine breakdown in the gummy.

  • Dose: 1.5 g per gummy, so 3 a day hits the studied range.
  • Testing: failed a 2024 test, passed a 2025 test, now NSF certified.
  • Best for: women who will not take a powder every day.

Last updated October 2026.

Create is one of the best known creatine gummy brands. You have likely seen it at Target, GNC, or in your feed.

So are Create creatine gummies legit? Mostly yes, with a few things to know before you buy.

This is an honest review. Seya does not sell a creatine gummy yet, and nobody paid us for this post. We looked at the label, two lab tests, the NSF listing, and the research on dose.

How much creatine is in Create gummies?

Each gummy has 1.5 g of creatine monohydrate. A serving of 3 gummies gives you 4.5 g. That is what the Create product page says, as of October 2026.

Retail labels name the creatine as Creapure, a German-made monohydrate. See the GNC listing.

Is 4.5 g enough? Yes. A 2021 expert review puts the usual daily dose at 3 to 5 g. See Antonio et al. (JISSN, 2021).

Create's site also suggests 2 to 3 gummies a day for general wellness. Two gummies is 3 g, which is the low end of that range. Three is the safer bet if you lift.

Do Create gummies actually contain what the label says?

In the most recent test, yes. In an older test, no. That is why the date of a test matters.

The 2024 test. NOW Foods, which sells creatine powder, tested 13 gummy brands with a lab method called HPLC. Create failed its label claim. NOW said Create "came close" and that part of its creatine had turned into creatinine. See the WholeFoods Magazine report (March 2024).

The 2025 test. SuppCo, a supplement rating app, sent 6 gummies to an outside ISO 17025 lab. Create came in at 4.59 g per serving against a 4.5 g label. It was 1 of only 2 gummies that passed. See SuppCo's results (June 2025).

Both tests were paid for by companies, not peer reviewed. Still, the newer one is good news for Create.

One catch: SuppCo found "significant levels of creatinine" in both passing gummies. Creatinine is what creatine breaks down into in water and heat. Your muscles cannot use it. Our guide to whether creatine gummies work explains why gummies lose some creatine.

Is Create NSF Certified for Sport?

Yes. The NSF Certified for Sport directory lists 8 Create gummy products, from Blue Raspberry to Sour Peach, for all lots. See the NSF listing for the variety pack.

That seal means an outside group tests that the label matches what is inside. It also screens for banned substances. Athletes who get drug tested look for it.

Create's site calls its gummies "the only NSF for Sport Certified creatine gummies in the world." That may have been true when Create first earned the seal. It is not true now.

When we searched the NSF directory on October 21, 2026, it also listed creatine gummies from Force Factor, Lemme, Beast Bites, and Game Day Gains. So the seal is a real plus, but it no longer sets Create apart.

For what each seal checks, see our guide to creatine purity and safety.

What else is in Create gummies?

Besides creatine, the main parts are tapioca syrup, sugar, allulose, water, and pectin. Flavors and colors come from fruit and plant extracts like beet, spirulina, and turmeric.

Pectin is a plant gel, so the gummies are vegan. There is no gelatin.

The sugar number depends on which version you buy:

Label checked Calories per 3 gummies Total sugar Source
Variety pack 60 5 g NSF listing
Watermelon, 90 count 33 3.3 g, with 1.8 g added GNC label

That is not a lot of sugar. A teaspoon of table sugar is about 4 g. But at 3.3 to 5 g a day, that adds up to roughly 2.5 to 4 pounds of sugar a year.

If you track added sugar, read the label on the exact bag you buy.

Are Create gummies good for women?

They can be a good fit, and women may have more to gain from creatine than men. Women have 70 to 80% lower creatine stores than men, on average. See Smith-Ryan et al. (Nutrients, 2021).

There is nothing in Create's formula made just for women. It is plain creatine monohydrate. That is a good thing. The form with the most research is the one in the jar.

A newer review covers creatine through the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and menopause. See Smith-Ryan et al. (JISSN, 2025). To be fair, its authors list advisory ties to Create Wellness, so read it with that in mind.

There is also one trial of creatine gummies in women. 17 female volleyball players took 5 g a day of gummies for 10 weeks, and their jump height improved. There was no placebo group, so it is an early sign, not proof. See Pereira et al. (J Funct Morphol Kinesiol, 2026).

For the full picture, read what creatine does for women.

How fast do Create gummies work?

Create's site says you may notice benefits in 2 to 3 weeks. The research points to about 4 weeks for your muscles to fill up at this dose.

In one study, men who took 3 g a day raised muscle creatine by about 20% over 28 days. See Hultman et al. (J Appl Physiol, 1996).

Create does not suggest a loading phase with its gummies. That fits the research. A loading phase just gets you there faster, and at 20 g a day it would mean about 13 gummies.

Take them at the same time every day. Timing matters less than being consistent. See creatine before or after a workout.

How much do Create gummies cost?

On Create's own site in October 2026, the price was about $1.79 to $1.93 a day, depending on bag size. GNC listed a 30-serving bag at $49.99, or $1.67 a serving.

That is more than a powder. In the same 2025 SuppCo test, all 5 powders hit their labels at 98 to 101% purity. A plain monohydrate powder usually costs a fraction of a gummy per gram.

So you are paying for taste and ease. For many people, that is worth it. A powder you never take does nothing.

Our guide to the best creatine for women walks through cost per serving across forms.

Who Create creatine gummies suit, and who should skip them

Good fit if you:

  • Hate the gritty texture of creatine powder.
  • Want an NSF Certified for Sport product with a recent passing lab test.
  • Travel a lot and want a set dose in a sachet.

Maybe skip if you:

  • Want the lowest cost per gram. Powder wins.
  • Count every gram of added sugar.
  • Are under 18. Create's own site advises against it.

Pregnant, nursing, or living with kidney disease? Ask your doctor first. Creatine can also raise creatinine on a blood test, so tell your doctor before lab work. See Antonio et al. (JISSN, 2021).

A pound or two of water weight in the first weeks is normal. Our creatine side effects in women guide covers what is real and what is myth.

Our verdict on Create creatine gummies

Create gummies are one of the better creatine gummies you can buy today. The dose is right, the 2025 lab test passed, and the NSF seal is real.

The weak spots are honest ones. Gummies lose some creatine to breakdown. They have a little sugar. They cost more than powder. And "the only NSF gummy" is no longer true.

If a gummy is what gets you to take creatine every day, Create is a reasonable pick.

Where Seya fits, honestly

Seya sells one product today: a fiber gummy that supports regularity. Our creatine gummy is coming January 2027. It is not on sale yet, so we are not sharing a dose or price.
