Lemme Debloat review: what's inside, and do the gummies work?

A basket of fresh blackberries, the flavor Lemme Debloat gummies come in

Short version: Lemme Debloat gummies use two probiotic strains plus a small dose of a prebiotic called XOS. One of those strains, LactoSpore, lowered gas and bloating scores in a 4-week trial of 70 adults at 2 billion spores a day. The catch: the Lemme Debloat label does not say how many spores you get, so you cannot match it to that study.

  • What it is: a probiotic gummy, not a diuretic or a laxative.
  • Best evidence: one strain, studied mostly by the company that makes it.
  • Weak spots: no spore count, a tiny prebiotic dose, and 3 g of added sugar.

Last updated October 2026.

Lemme Debloat is one of the best known bloating gummies on the shelf. It comes from Lemme, the brand Kourtney Kardashian founded, and it sells at Target, Amazon, and on Lemme's own site.

So does it work? The honest answer is "maybe, for some people, and we can't tell you how much is in it."

This is an honest review. Seya sells a fiber gummy, so we have a point of view. Nobody paid us for this post, and we did not get free product. We read the label, the studies behind each ingredient, and what gut doctors say.

What is in Lemme Debloat gummies?

A serving is 2 gummies. Here is what the label lists, per the Lemme Debloat product page as of October 22, 2026:

Ingredient Amount per 2 gummies What it is
LactoSpore (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856) Part of a 55 mg probiotic mix A spore-forming probiotic
DE111 (Bacillus subtilis) Part of the same 55 mg mix A second spore-forming probiotic
XOS (xylooligosaccharides) 80 mg A prebiotic fiber that feeds gut bacteria
Added sugar 3 g From tapioca syrup and cane sugar

The rest is the gummy itself: tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, water, pectin, citric acid, flavors, and fruit juice for color. Pectin is a plant gel, so the gummies are vegetarian and gelatin-free.

Notice what is missing. There are no diuretic herbs and no laxatives. That makes Lemme Debloat different from a lot of "debloat" products. More on that below.

Does the probiotic in Lemme Debloat have research behind it?

Yes, but it is thin, and most of it comes from the strain's maker.

LactoSpore. The best study gave 70 adults with gas and bloating either 2 billion spores a day or a placebo for 4 weeks. Gas and bloating scores fell from about 8.9 to 3.1 in the probiotic group. In the placebo group, they barely moved, from 9.4 to 8.4. See Majeed et al. (Medicine, 2023).

That is a big change. But the authors work for Sabinsa, the company that sells LactoSpore. The study ran at hospitals in southern India. It has not been repeated by an outside team.

An earlier pilot gave the same strain to 36 people with diarrhea-type IBS for 90 days. Bloating and pain went down more than with placebo. It was also run by the maker. See Majeed et al. (Nutr J, 2016).

What about DE111, the second strain?

DE111 has less to show for bloating. In a 4-week pilot trial in healthy adults, the authors wrote that perceived gut health was "largely unaffected." They did see some immune cell changes in the lab. See Freedman et al. (Int J Mol Sci, 2021).

That study was paid for by Deerland, the company that makes DE111. The authors say it may have been too small to find a gut effect. So for bloating, DE111 is an open question, not a proven add.

Is there enough probiotic in Lemme Debloat?

We can't tell, and that is our biggest issue with it.

Probiotic studies dose by live count. The LactoSpore trials used 2 billion spores a day. Lemme lists its two strains together as a 55 mg mix. It does not list a spore count or CFU, which is the number of live microbes. It does not split the 55 mg between the two strains either.

So you can't check whether 2 gummies give you the dose that worked in the study. Lemme may well put in enough. The label just doesn't let you confirm it.

Good news on survival: both strains form spores. Spores hold up well in heat and stomach acid, which is why they show up in gummies. A plain lab-grown probiotic would have a harder time.

Is 80 mg of XOS enough to matter?

Probably not on its own. XOS is a real prebiotic, and it does feed good bacteria. But the doses in studies are much bigger.

In one trial, 32 healthy adults took 1.4 g or 2.8 g of XOS a day for 8 weeks. Both doses raised bifidobacteria, a helpful gut microbe. The 2.8 g dose did more. See Finegold et al. (Food Funct, 2014).

The low dose in that study, 1.4 g, is about 17 times what Lemme Debloat gives you. Eighty milligrams is a small sprinkle.

How are other debloat gummies different?

Many debloat gummies take a different route. Instead of probiotics, they use herbs like dandelion, often with apple cider vinegar.

Dandelion leaf is a mild diuretic. That means it makes you pee more. In a small study of 17 people, a dandelion leaf extract raised how often people peed after the first dose. The third dose did nothing. See Clare et al. (J Altern Complement Med, 2009).

Peeing out water is not the same as easing bloating. Most bloating comes from gas, slow digestion, or a gut that is extra sensitive. Losing water can make your belly look flatter for a day. It does not change why you bloat.

So when you shop, look at the label for three things:

  • Diuretic herbs like dandelion: a water effect, not a gut effect.
  • Named probiotic strains with a CFU count: you can match the dose to a study.
  • Enzymes: these help break down certain foods. Our guide to digestive enzymes vs fiber covers when they fit.

Can Lemme Debloat help with IBS?

Gut doctors are cautious about probiotics for IBS as a group.

The American Gastroenterological Association says to use probiotics for IBS "only in the context of a clinical trial." The reason is that studies don't agree. See Su et al. (Gastroenterology, 2020).

The American College of Gastroenterology suggests against probiotics for overall IBS symptoms. The same guideline does suggest peppermint oil and soluble fiber. See Lacy et al. (Am J Gastroenterol, 2021).

Lemme does not claim its gummy is for IBS. If you have IBS, or bloating that keeps coming back, see a doctor before you buy a supplement. Our guide to fiber and IBS explains the soluble fiber option.

What does Lemme Debloat cost?

On Lemme's site, one bottle of 60 gummies lists at $30, or $26 a month on subscription. That is 30 servings, so about $0.87 to $1 a day. It was sold out on Lemme's site when we checked on October 22, 2026.

On Amazon, a 2-pack of 120 gummies was $54.98 that same day, or about $0.92 a day.

Each serving also has 15 calories and 3 g of added sugar. That is less than a teaspoon of sugar, which is about 4 g. Still, it adds up if you take it every day.

Who Lemme Debloat suits, and who should skip it

Could be worth a try if you:

  • Get mild, now-and-then bloating after meals.
  • Want a probiotic in a gummy instead of a pill.
  • Want to avoid diuretic herbs.

Maybe skip it if you:

  • Want to know your exact probiotic dose before you buy.
  • Have IBS or ongoing bloating. Get checked first.
  • Count added sugar.

Bloating with weight loss, blood in your stool, or pain that wakes you up needs a doctor, not a gummy. See when bloating isn't normal.

Our verdict on Lemme Debloat gummies

Lemme Debloat is a better idea than most debloat gummies. It uses named, spore-forming probiotic strains, and it skips the diuretic herbs.

But the proof is thin. One strain has one solid-looking trial, run by its maker. The second strain did not move gut symptoms in its pilot. The prebiotic dose is tiny. And the label hides the one number you need: how many live spores you get.

If you try it, give it 4 weeks, the length of the best study. If nothing changes, it is not for you.

To figure out what is behind your bloating first, start with why am I bloated. And if you are torn between a probiotic and fiber, read fiber vs probiotics.

Where Seya fits, honestly

Seya makes a fiber gummy made with resistant tapioca fiber. It supports regularity. It is not a probiotic, and it is not a quick fix for bloating. Fiber works best when you build up slowly and drink water.

Our creatine gummy is coming January 2027. It is not on sale yet.

Frequently asked questions

Do Lemme Debloat gummies work?

They might help some people. One of the two strains, LactoSpore, lowered gas and bloating scores in a 4-week trial at 2 billion spores a day. But that trial was run by the strain's maker, and Lemme does not list a spore count, so you can't match the dose.

Are debloat formulas backed by evidence?

It depends on the formula. Probiotic strains like LactoSpore have a few small trials. Diuretic herbs like dandelion mostly make you pee more, which is a water effect, not a gut effect. Check the label for named strains and a CFU count.

Can debloat supplements help with IBS?

Gut doctors are cautious. The AGA says to use probiotics for IBS only in a clinical trial, and the ACG suggests against them for overall IBS symptoms. The ACG does suggest peppermint oil and soluble fiber. Talk to your doctor first.

What probiotics are in Lemme Debloat?

Two spore-forming strains: LactoSpore (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856) and DE111 (Bacillus subtilis). They come as a 55 mg mix with 80 mg of XOS prebiotic per 2 gummies.

Does Lemme Debloat have sugar?

Yes. Each 2-gummy serving has 3 g of added sugar and 15 calories.

How long does Lemme Debloat take to work?

Lemme does not give a timeline. The main LactoSpore study ran for 4 weeks, so that is a fair trial period.
